Free Delivery on All Orders Over £50

At UK Vape World, we use trusted couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, and other leading delivery providers to ensure all parcels reach customers safely and on time.

1. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link and/or delivery confirmation email.

When the courier confirms delivery, this constitutes proof of delivery under our policy. Confirmation may include:

  • A photograph of the parcel at the delivery location;

  • GPS-verified delivery scan; or

  • Confirmation of delivery to a neighbour, safe place, or letterbox (for unsigned services).

Once proof of delivery is provided by the courier, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer.

2. Unsigned Delivery Services

If you select an unsigned or standard delivery option, the courier is authorised to:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place (e.g., porch, shed, or letterbox); or

  • Deliver to a neighbour if you are unavailable.

These deliveries are fully tracked and verified by the courier’s system. We are not liable for loss or theft once the courier confirms successful delivery.

3. Signed-for Deliveries

For signed-for services, proof of delivery is established through the recipient’s or neighbour’s signature. Any disputes relating to the signature must be raised directly with the courier within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

4. Delivery Disputes

If you believe your parcel was not received despite the courier’s confirmation, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notice.

We will:

  • Open a delivery investigation with the courier;

  • Request GPS data and proof of delivery photo; and

  • Provide updates as soon as the courier completes its review (typically within 5–7 working days).

If the courier’s investigation confirms non-delivery or loss, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.

If the investigation confirms successful delivery, the case will be closed in line with this policy.

5. Exceptions

Please note that vape products, e-liquids, and consumables cannot be replaced or refunded once opened or used, except where a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
