- Why Has My Next Day Delivery Not Arrived Yet?
We want to clarify that Royal Mail 24 is a service where Royal mail aims to deliver the next day but it is not a guaranteed service and the estimated delivery time is 1-3 days under normal circumstances. For example if you place an order on a Thursday, the last estimated day of delivery would be the following week Monday. Royal Mail delivers parcels Monday - Saturday, therefore Friday would be the first day, Saturday the second day and Monday the third day.
