High Volume Delays Update - Affected Orders 27TH MARCH - 2ND APRIL
Dear Customers,
We would like to provide an update regarding orders placed between 27th March and 2nd April.
Due to the upcoming vape tax increase and resulting price changes across the industry, we have received a very high volume of orders. This has also coincided with the holiday period, which has further affected courier collections and processing times.
The majority of orders placed between 27th–30th March have already been processed and dispatched. However, for orders placed between 31st March and 2nd April, there may be a slight delay.
If your order was placed between these dates, please allow an additional 24–48 hours for delivery before contacting customer services.
We sincerely apologise for any delays and thank you for your patience and understanding during this exceptionally busy period.
EASTER HOLIDAYS UPDATE
Please note that due to the Easter Bank Holiday, there will be no courier collections on Friday or Monday
This means:

Orders placed Thursday → Monday will be collected on Tuesday

Dispatch and delivery times may therefore be slightly delayed during this period
Any orders placed over the Easter weekend will be processed as normal but will enter the courier network from Tuesday onwards.
We recommend allowing an extra 1–2 working days for delivery due to the bank holiday.
