RECENT BREAK IN UPDATE
Affected Orders 17th March Till 21st March
We have had a Break in at our store in the early hours of Monday morning
If yours is an order affected by this, I have sent an email - if you have not received an email and believe yours is one affected - please email us at email@example.com - please allow us until Friday to resolve your matter
ALL ORDERS BETWEEN FRIDAY - TUESDAY WILL BE SENT BY EXPRESS DELIVERY
We will work to ensure we can send most orders today, if we are unable to get your item/flavour in a particular product in stock, we will send you a message or give you a ring, if you would like to swap the flavour or if you would us to hold onto it or cancel it entirely - Please expect to hear from us today between 9am and 6pm.
We appreciate your patience in this matter as we are working day and night to get back to our normal capacity -
Due to this issue, we will not be able to respond to queries as quickly as we would like - please allow us until friday to respond to any open queries including emails/messages/calls
If there are any items missing from your order please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org - and we will resolve all queries by Friday Aswell
